I will say the key is to go deep within and create energy – and that can be through sacred sound, it can be in all sorts of ways – through physical touch – it is to create a strong energy within, and then this energy needs to meet consciousness in some way. So it needs to be a fusion of energy meeting consciousness that creates a spiritual alchemy within, and whatever needs to happen then, happens around you. That is all.
