I believe it is a good idea to try to identify when you are smoking, the times when it is occurring the most, and then when you feel like smoking see if you can identify what you are feeling in that moment, get a sense of what creates this, and then work on those feelings. Another thing you can do is try to do something else instead of smoking – so when you feel like smoking, see for you what else you can do go deeper into your being and ask what would satisfy you on a deeper level, and then do that instead. So instead of denying yourself, go deeper into your being, and be guided by this – also ask your higher self to help you to give up smoking, to find a higher way of doing things, and you will be helped very much by your higher self, inspired by it.
