What I will say is that there are many tools, there are many ways of going inwards, not only one way. One way is to go and be with yourself, and focus on parts of your body, and witness what they are feeling – place your hands on certain parts and in one way or another simply listen and give attention to those parts. Going inwards is all about being with yourself, and as you notice what you are feeling, it gives the feelings attention, and the feelings then transform into something else, and as they transform you are able to go deeper and deeper into yourself, and access more of who you are. That is all.
