What I will say is that the best way to be able to feel your forward movement is to go within, to focus on inner progress, your state, how you are feeling – if you are feeling well consistently it is a very good sign, and if you are not, but you are working on yourself, then this is very good, and this is progress. The best way is to always focus on going within – not look at the outer results, but the inner feeling inside, and feeling good is a good sign – happiness is a good sign, generally feeling that things are going your way is a good sign – but it is a feeling, rather than a happening outside of you, and when you consistently feel this way, every aspect of your life will take off in the right way.
