I believe it may be a good idea to go into nature and actually attune deeply to Mother Earth – ask her to nourish you from the deepest levels of her being, connect to the point within her where there is power in that particular location, connect to the deepest part of her that has the greatest power, and ask for this power to nourish every part of your body, all of your cells, all of your being, also ask that she is communicating any message to you that you need to know in that moment. That is a good way for you to connect with her and receive from her more deeply.
