I would like you to know that what I'm seeing at the moment is that there are many angels who are on Earth, helping all of you to be very much in the light. So what I see is that there are many beings who have incarnated, who are part of the angelic realm. They are people who are very much in the physical, but they are really very much from a realm that is more about being in the light of the angels. So they come in as angels on Earth because their frequency aligns to this realm so much so that they are more angelic than they are really of a frequency that is of the Earth. And what I will say is because of this, it is actually easy to be in the light because you are able to be guided, assisted by those beings who are here, and I am saying this because some of you here are very much of that, but some of you here are very much in that frequency yourself of being angels on Earth, and when you come together in the light of the angels, you automatically are able to express this part of yourself, assist those around, but also be assisted. So it is just a reminder that I am speaking through this channel, but my light is not far from you on Earth. Many beings are very much in my frequency, they speak my words – they may not speak as a channel, but they speak the words that they are attuning to within, in the frequency that they are in within. They speak words that are coming through the angels, coming through the realm of the angels, and in this way, it is possible to be in the light at all times if you would like this. So it is just a reminder to affirm this for yourselves daily – that you wish to be fully in the light, and by this, it is all about saying inwardly that you are choosing the light, that regardless of what you carry, you choose the light, and the light can then come in and transform whatever you carry – whether it is very deep pain inside from experiences you have had, or simply something else, such as being in the wrong company for so long that the energies in you are very much affected by these energies of negativity, hostility, perhaps, that you have been living in, that have come in through experiences, being with people who are in that frequency of feeling very negative towards others. So today's message is about choosing light. It is about asking for all the right people to enter, asking to be in the realm of angels on Earth, asking to collide with angels, asking that this is able to then restore you back to yourself. That is all.
GHAEN is all about supporting people to fully be in the spirit, to clear what is necessary to be who they are on a spiritual level on Earth and to do their life purpose.

I would like you to know that what I’m seeing is that when you are very much in your own energy, you are able to go much deeper into what it really means to be in the frequency of the year ahead, in a way that means that you are in alignment with what you are really meant to be doing here on Earth in terms of your purpose, in terms of what your soul desires, and this audio is designed to help you to stay in alignment with yourself, with your higher self, with the frequency of the year ahead, with the energies. Clearing Trauma in the Lower Chakras
I would like you to know that what I am seeing is that when you are going deeper into your energy, what you will find is that there are places within you where there is a lot going on, where perhaps you are not able to fully be in your own type of frequency, and what I will say generally about the lower chakras is that those of you who have perhaps had a lot of experiences in life which have made you feel that you are not quite able to be in your own energy easily will have a lot going on there.
So one example is that if you have had experiences where you have been with people where you have not been able to be yourself, where you have needed to come out of yourself in order to stay in a place with them of safety, otherwise there would be consequences. Perhaps being with people who are very much about making you out to be someone you are not – so needing to be very guarded, careful what you do or say. Perhaps a lot of trauma around being on the Earth plane, a lot of difficulties, a lot of experiences of hardship, lack, scarcity. But these sorts of experiences create in you a sense of not being able to be grounded in your own energy, your own frequency of light, feeling that there are problems, feeling perhaps afraid, feeling traumatised, feeling a bit like there are things going on that you are not in control of within you, perhaps even being prone to picking up energies from others around you or other places generally. And this sort of energy in your lower chakras creates a sense in you of not feeling good on Earth, having difficult earthly experiences, even when you try your best to be in your higher self connection, follow your guidance, do the right thing, and be very much in a part of yourself where you are going deeper, and trying to be in a better place within, using practices to go deeper, clearing your energy – it can still be that there are layers of energy that get stuck, that are not able to easily move, even when you are going deep. And this is very much what I would like to go into and talk about, help you with. That is all.
