Clearing Trauma in the Lower Chakras

I would like you to know that what I am seeing is that when you are going deeper into your energy, what you will find is that there are places within you where there is a lot going on, where perhaps you are not able to fully be in your own type of frequency, and what I will say generally about the lower chakras is that those of you who have perhaps had a lot of experiences in life which have made you feel that you are not quite able to be in your own energy easily will have a lot going on there.

So one example is that if you have had experiences where you have been with people where you have not been able to be yourself, where you have needed to come out of yourself in order to stay in a place with them of safety, otherwise there would be consequences. Perhaps being with people who are very much about making you out to be someone you are not – so needing to be very guarded, careful what you do or say. Perhaps a lot of trauma around being on the Earth plane, a lot of difficulties, a lot of experiences of hardship, lack, scarcity. But these sorts of experiences create in you a sense of not being able to be grounded in your own energy, your own frequency of light, feeling that there are problems, feeling perhaps afraid, feeling traumatised, feeling a bit like there are things going on that you are not in control of within you, perhaps even being prone to picking up energies from others around you or other places generally. And this sort of energy in your lower chakras creates a sense in you of not feeling good on Earth, having difficult earthly experiences, even when you try your best to be in your higher self connection, follow your guidance, do the right thing, and be very much in a part of yourself where you are going deeper, and trying to be in a better place within, using practices to go deeper, clearing your energy – it can still be that there are layers of energy that get stuck, that are not able to easily move, even when you are going deep.
