What I see is that when you are going deep inside, you are able to make changes that will create a higher energy within that will be permanent – a permanent change. So when you are raising your vibration, it is not simply about receiving energies which are higher to make you feel lighter and clearer. It is about going deeper, so these energies that you receive are able to actually transform you on a deep level that then enables you to stay in this energy, make permanent shifts.

So what I will say is that it is about being in higher energy and going deep at the same time. When you do both you are able to transform and stay grounded in a much higher energy.
