I would like you to know that what I'm seeing at the moment is that there is a lot going on generally around many things in life, that life is very much about moving forwards, but not necessarily in ways which are about going into the old ways, where people do things by force. It is a much lighter energy – it is a completely new way of going forwards now, very light and easy and joyous, and this joy will be felt by many people at the moment when it comes to going forwards with their lives. So whatever you happen to be doing, do it in a light way – find new ways of doing things, make it joyful, and it is also a time where you may experience a bit of shock as well coming up, and the shock you may be feeling is the shock of how traumatic it has been for you in this life. Because as you go deeper into the higher self, as you go deeper into lightness, joy, exuberance, you also go deeper into the pain body, you notice how much you have been, in one way or another, in a certain place, and you notice why as well – so you notice how traumatic your life has been, how harsh, how heavy, even those of you here who have had lighter lives, you notice all the discrepancies between your higher self and your earthly self and the life you have lived, and this can make you feel really shocked sometimes, really angry, despondent, depressed, even a bit annoyed with people around you for being how they have been and contributing to the state that you have ended up in, and this annoyance can then become like a frequency that keeps you down. It can make you feel really very much like you cannot easily be yourself because you feel so annoyed.
And the reason I'm talking about this energy is because for a lot of you, it is a frequency that keeps you down at this time. So I would like you to know that one answer for this is really simple, actually – it is actually to forgive yourself for all the times that you have been in heavier, denser vibrations and have contributed to other people feeling, in some way or another, a bit low or down, it is to notice the things you have done which are similar, forgive yourself, and then it makes it easier to forgive others.
So one example ism if you have felt that people have kept you down when it comes to something that you have loved to do, but they have not really appreciated it at the time, yet it is really something that is right for you and coming from your higher self, then perhaps you can notice when you have done this to other people without realising it. Perhaps someone has told you something they are going to do, and even inwardly, you have felt that it is actually not going to work for them, or not right for them, or somehow made it in your mind that what they are doing is not right, and yet it is absolutely right for them, and they have flourished doing it, and when you notice these things, you can more easily forgive others for doing the same to you. So it is just to remind you that everything that has ever been done to you, that you have received, you may have not done exactly the same thing, but there will be things that you have done as well without realising it, or maybe with realising it. And this is ultimately what is clearing at the moment in the collective, a general annoyance with each other, anger, rage even, even feelings of hate towards one another. And as you are able to forgive yourself, you can forgive others more easily, and through forgiveness, you can rise up higher into the oneness, walk forwards lightheartedly, without feeling like you are really angry with lots of people. And this energy will then, in some way or another, impact others, help them also feel lighter and clearer.
I also will say that those of you who are really angry will also find that other people will be angry with you, because anger is contagious, and it is not that anger is necessarily in any way wrong or even not deserved. It can be that you are angry about all the right things even, things which are really absolutely not right, things that have caused harm to you and others, or perhaps cause harm to large amounts of people. So anger is not something that is negative in that the reason it is there can be actually quite healthy. It's because it means that you are actually able to go deeper and feel things and realise things which are not right, but also, you may be angry about things which are perhaps OK, but you are not fully able to feel it because of your own pain body. But what I will say about anger is that it is okay to feel it, but don't hold on to it – that is where issues arise. Feel it and let it pass, go deeper, allow the energies to take you to the root of it and clear it from the root, but don't go into a mode where you are always angry and just living in this vibration, because it will attract angry people to you, anger to you, and then you will start to feel all mixed up in other people's energy and will start to feel angry for no reason, because you pick up on other people's anger as well. So keep clearing your energy, don't get caught up in any one emotion, let your emotions flow, be with them, allow everything to come up and be released into the light, and also know, ultimately, you will never really be in a state where you will be able to always be absolutely feeling well all the time, because the very nature of being on Earth is that there will always be something that will come in, that you will have to process, in one way or another. So it is not that you are aiming to always feel well, but what you are aiming for is always to allow the energies to move through you – so even when you have moments of feeling unwell, let it move, and it is the nature of life to always be moving, to be fluid, to have all different energies arise within you and keep flowing into the light of oneness within, and as the flow is there, there is no problem. Everything is temporary – it passes, and then you feel well again, and in this wellness, you go forwards, and when you feel a bit unwell, you take a bit of time to allow energies to flow, and then you move forwards again.
So this is how life works, and when you can really master this and live in it, there is no problem at all. So it is just a reminder, and it is also good for you to know that anger is not really ever going to go away in the world. There will always be anger in the world. There will always be all types of emotion in the world. You cannot eliminate anger or hate or rage or all the energies that you see as potentially destructive, negative, but what you can do is learn to be with them – allow these energies to move within you, not act on them, but let them move through your body and being, and that is ultimately what you are here to master on Earth, to master the movement of energy, the flow of energy, and keep focused on the light within – keep focused on truth, clarity, hope, all the energies that are aligning to the light of oneness, and allow energies to keep moving and flowing, knowing that ultimately you will get to the light, that the light is ultimately going to restore you and others, that light is about actually healing and wellness, bringing wellness to yourself and others – that light is restorative, that light is not about trying to make things worse in any way. So anything in life that is ultimately making things worse will not bring about a type of change that you would like to see, and what I mean by this is that anything you do or say which actually then makes a situation worse in some way, will not ultimately then bring you what you would like as the true resolution. So you do not help anyone by being in a state where you are angry, or full of hate and rage in order to bring about change. It will always come through a vibration of peace and a sense inside that you are able to actually be connected to yourself, the light within, and then through this, there is actually the possibility of resolution, peace, harmony, understanding. So it is good for you to know this.
I also would like you to know that those of you who really have a lot of problems inside around this, will find that you will be able to clear this by setting your intention to doing this, that you can ask within this happens, and it will.
I also would like you to know that nobody in the world is really going to be very much about being in the old energy anymore. People are really fed up of it. Generally, you will notice that everybody wants a new life, a new way of being. So it OK for you to really go deeper at the moment into New Earth energy, because actually, you won't find resistance to it, even in the workplace, even in places that have been more about old Earth. Everybody is pretty open to New Earth. Even people who are very stuck and rigid by nature, they are also open generally on one level of their being, on a deeper level, on a soul level. So be yourselves at the moment in a way where you can expand, open out more into the world, share information. It is really safe to do so.
I also would like to speak about something else, which is nobody will ever really be part of the world in a way where there are energies which are very negative, which they will go into and stay in – that as soon as something is negative, people will notice, and they will go in another direction. So the really negative parts of life won't really rise up anymore, not easily anyway. So in this way, it is good for you to know that this is taken care of right now.
I have one more thing to say, and that is, everybody here is able to really be in their own energy at the moment and go forwards. You do not have to keep looking at one another for the, the validation you need. You can do what you like. You can follow your inspiration. It is not a time anymore that you need to lean on each other for support to do your own thing, and that is because there is so much light in the world that when you do something of the light, it will actually get automatic support from the right people. So you don't have to rely on just a few people for supporting what you do of the light, that it will be supported generally, because Earth energies are high at the moment. I have no more to say.
The week ahead will be a light one, a good one, a positive one, a week where you can actually go forwards easily. That is all.
